High precision and fast moisture analyzer

The MS-70 high-precision rapid moisture analyzer uses a 400W halogen lamp and SRA structure radiation heat combination to achieve high-speed uniform heating and shorten testing time. The halogen lamp can be replaced by oneself and the SRA filter can be easily cleaned, saving time and money. The provided lamp monitoring isolation window design prevents splashing of the lamp tube when the measuring object is heated.

WinCT Moisture software is a moisture content analysis software designed specifically for graphical display. During measurement, it can display a graph of moisture content changes and use this graph to set measurement programs for different samples through computer-aided analysis.

Zui can store up to 20 sets of measurement programs, and can call different measurement programs for moisture content determination based on different samples at any time. Therefore, it can achieve fast measurement and avoid setting operation errors (MFZui can store up to 10 sets, MLZui can store up to 5 sets). The measurement results can be stored in 100 sets (50 sets for MF and 30 sets for ML) and output through a computer or printer *Avoid human error.

MS-70 five measurement programs
Standard mode: Measurement is automatically completed by setting high, medium, and low measurement accuracy.
Automatic mode: When the moisture content change rate is less than a set ratio, the measurement will automatically end.
Quick mode: In order to achieve rapid measurement, the first 3 minutes after startup are heated at 200 ℃, and then the measurement is completed according to the automatic setting.
Timer mode: Measurement is completed by setting the duration.
Manual mode: operate the measurement process by pressing the start and stop keys.
● MS-70 four drying programs
Standard drying: Heat up directly to the set temperature after startup.
Gradual drying: gradually raise the temperature to the set temperature after a preset time.
Step wise drying: Adopt different temperatures in stages according to time.
Quick drying: Heat rapidly at 200 ℃ for 3 minutes and then continue heating according to the set drying temperature.
Any combination of measurement and drying programs can fully meet the measurement requirements of different samples.
