Design and manufacture precision and fast electrochemical measuring instruments with strong transmission capacity, mainly including various constant potential/constant current meters, impedance analyzers, multi-channel converters, multi-channel constant potential/constant current meters, multi-channel impedance analyzers, and Zplot/CorrWare electrochemical impedance comprehensive testing and analysis software.
1260 uses the single sine wave correlation technology of Strong Transmission Company, which can eliminate the troubled noise and
Harmonic distortion interference.
*Frequency resolution of 65 millionths, or 0.015 parts per million;
*The accuracy of 0.1% and 0.1 degrees is comparable to other similar instruments;
*The resolution reaches 0.001 decibels and 0.01 degrees, which can capture every detail in the measurement;
*2. 3. 4 terminal electrode measurement configuration;
*The polarization voltage reaches 40.95 volts;
1287 constant potential/constant current meter:
*Polarization current: 2A; Polarization voltage:/-14.5V;
*Voltage/current measurement resolution: 1 V/1pA;
*Impedance frequency: 10 µ Hz~1MHz (compatible with 1260 or 1255)
Constant potential meter:
The strong transmission constant potential instrument has a dual high-precision digital acquisition system, which can simultaneously measure voltage and current data; Using pulse width conversion technology from a strong transmission company, they enable the instrument to achieve high precision, high linearity, and high stability throughout the entire range; 1287 has excellent measurement accuracy and resolution, with a reference electrode voltage accuracy of 1 µ V and a working electrode current accuracy of 1pA. This makes 1287 an ideal choice for measuring electrochemical noise or in extremely low signal level fields. Adopting active shielding technology to reduce the impact of stray impedance such as cables; Floating point measurement method can be used for underground pipelines and high-pressure reactors, etc; Provide 2, 3, and 4 electrode measurement modes?? 2-terminal technology is used for general materials and electrochemical measurements;?? 3-terminal technology is used for corrosion and coating measurements;?? 4-terminal measurement technology is used to accurately characterize batteries/fuel cells, minimizing the effects of wire resistance and cable impedance.
EIS electrochemical impedance spectroscopy:
Impedance materials belong to small perturbation and non-destructive measurement techniques, with high sensitivity to various chemical and physical properties. It can provide valuable information for many application studies such as organic coatings, corrosion inhibitors, sensors, batteries, fuel cells, and related material performance research. The EIS system mainly consists of a constant potential/constant current meter, a frequency response analyzer, and necessary impedance analysis software.
The 1287 electrochemical interface has * advantages in frequency response uniformity and linearity. The frequency response instrument of the strong transmission company adopts the single sine correlation algorithm, which has excellent noise and harmonic suppression capabilities. This technology is particularly useful in electrochemical applications because the signal level is usually extremely low (in the millivolt range) and inevitably drowned out by noise. Combining 1287/1260 or 1255 may characterize various impedances of the measurement cell. When conducting high-frequency impedance measurements, the active shielding technology of Strong Transmission Company minimizes unwanted cable impedance effects, allowing 1287 to be applied to the entire frequency range of 10 µ Hz to 1MHz. 1287 is designed to perform both DC testing and AC impedance measurement: waveforms generated internally from frequency response analyzers or impedance spectrometers can be superimposed onto polarized signals.
Electrochemical software:
The CorrWare/ZPlot software package is specifically designed for various electrochemical tests, including:
Impedance (such as electrochemical impedance for controlling voltage or current, AC volt ampere, Mott Schottky analysis, dielectric properties, harmonic analysis);
Constant potential/constant current technology;
Cyclic voltammetry;
Square wave and step technology;
There are dozens of related electrochemical testing techniques, including electrochemical noise.
CorrWare and ZPlot are ideal tools for research on conventional electrochemistry, corrosion, batteries, fuel cells, supercapacitors, and other applications.
The software is available for real-time analysis, multiple display formats, and commonly used curve fitting tasks.
