1. The refrigeration unit adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.
2. The refrigeration system adopts a unit or binary low-temperature circuit system design.
3. Adopting a multi wing air supply fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature distribution in the testing area uniform.
4. The design of air circulation for air outlet and return ensures that the wind pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature at the moment of opening the door.

1. Air conditioning method: Forced ventilation internal circulation balance temperature control (BTC), which refers to the control system automatically calculating the output of the heater based on the set temperature point through PID calculation under continuous operation of the heating system, ultimately achieving a dynamic balance.

Control system::
1. The temperature measuring element adopts a high-precision PT100 temperature sensor for temperature measurement.
2. Heating system composition: SSR solid-state relay drive.
3. Controller: Equipped with an imported TEMI990 programmable LCD touch screen, the temperature and humidity controller comes with a USB interface and can be remotely monitored through networking. It can display set parameters, time, heater/humidifier working status, etc., and also has PID control
4. Parameter self-tuning function. The control system uses an intelligent control software system with automatic combination of heating, humidification and other subsystems to ensure high-precision control throughout the entire temperature and humidity range, achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction. A complete detection device can automatically display detailed faults and alarms, such as the controller automatically displaying the fault status when an abnormality occurs in the test chamber.
