Features:

1.Easy to operate: Make traditional high-altitude operations on the ground. By pushing and pulling the operating rod, the jaws can be freely opened and closed to complete the wiring work. Safe and reliable: The wiring pliers are equipped with clamping force locking and releasing devices inside. When the pulling rod is operated, the elastic energy storage device inside the pliers can automatically lock the jaws at any clamping force required, and will not loosen or open on its own under non operating conditions.

2.High clamping force: It can easily clamp and break the oxide film of the test point. The principle of using a movable pulley to save effort between the moving and fixed jaws allows for greater clamping force with less tension; Strong overload capacity: short-term current greater than 200A.

3.Good contact: The wire clamp has the function of overcoming the oxide film while clamping, ensuring good contact between the clamp and the wire connection position.

Usage:

This product consists of two parts: a test pliers handle (with a short head section) and an extended telescopic rod. Connect the test pliers handle to the telescopic rod through threads and tighten them to form an integrated unit. Connect each operating rod according to the instructions on the rod. The operator operates directly on the ground and lifts the already installed equipmentHigh altitude testing pliers(including connecting the test line, etc.) (The length can be set arbitrarily). Hook the object under test with the upper jaw, and pull down the operating rod with force to automatically lock the jaw and clamp the object under test. On the contrary, a gentle push can release it. This tool is easy to use and has precise testing.

  • This product adopts the principle of mechanical transmission, which is safer and more reliable than the previous method of pulling with steel wire rope, easier to operate, and saves time and effort. There will be no jamming, inability to pull, or breakage of the steel wire rope due to aging, which will affect on-site operations.
  • The testing jaws are welded with multiple layers of copper sheets, and the wider and wider jaw design allows for a large current to pass through in a short period of time, with advantages such as good contact and strong overload capacity.
  • The current insulated operating rod is connected by plug-in bolts. To prevent the aluminum alloy joints from biting, a stainless steel sleeve is added to make the connection more reliable and safe. The entire operating rod after connection fits well, with smaller gaps and less shaking during testing, making the operation safer.
  • This product can be used for testing in high voltage places at 500KV, with testing heights ranging from 3m to 8m. It can be installed and plugged into any insulated operating rod.
