Overview
PPbRAE is currently the world's most sensitive handheld VOC (volatile organic compound) detector, capable of detecting ppb concentrations (parts per billion) of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including aromatic hydrocarbons, nitro hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, long-chain alkanes, alcohols, ethers, ketones, lipids, hydrazine, and other organic compounds. It is particularly suitable for detecting organic chemicals and TVOC (total volatile organic compounds) in indoor air (IAQ), and can transmit real-time data wirelessly to a main controller 2 kilometers away.

More compounds detected than other PID sensors: PPbRAE has 100 built-in correction factors, and in the world's largest published correction factor list (300+), RAE's PID sensor can accurately detect more ionizable compounds. When a gas is selected from the built-in list of ppbRAE, the instrument will automatically set the corresponding alarm point
