Introduction:

HZD-W intelligent vibration monitoring table (wall mounted)Equipped with magneto electric vibration velocity sensors and vibration acceleration sensors, it can measure the amplitude and intensity of bearing vibration in various rotating machinery. Suitable for the system design and use of TSI rotating mechanical devices, it can be widely applied in industries such as power, machinery, chemical, metallurgy, etc. Provide multiple parameter measurements and early fault prediction for the safe operation of rotating machinery.

Main functions

Monitoring and protection of bearing vibration in rotating machinery such as steam turbines, coal mills, fans, reducers, water pumps, centrifuges, balancing machines, and air compressors.

Function Description:

1. The measured value and alarm set value can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.
2. When the alarm setting value is exceeded, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment. The alarm setting delay can be adjusted within the range of 1-60 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
3. Equipped with a current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.
4. It has power up and power down detection functions, sensor disconnection detection functions, and cuts off alarm and shutdown output circuits, effectively suppressing instrument false alarms.
5. The vibration intensity (vibration intensity) and vibration amplitude (vibration displacement) can be freely switched.
