1、 The main purpose of the instrument

HW-3A Infrared OvenIt is designed and manufactured by our company as a supporting accessory for infrared spectrophotometers, mainly for drying and moisture sensitive spectral purity. To facilitate the production of standardized infrared analysis samples. Due to the fact that the instrument is also equipped with a bottom mounted electric auxiliary heating tube, it can also be used for other baking purposes.

Connect the power supply, and when the timer is turned on, the power indicator light will turn on. Choose an appropriate heating method, such as baking on top (using infrared light), adjust according to the diagram, and the infrared light will turn on. When heating up and down simultaneously, the temperature inside the box approaches 250 ℃.

In order to facilitate the placement of baked samples, the machine is equipped with baking trays and grills, which can be used alternately or simultaneously. Note that gloves should be worn when removing items after heating, and the retrieval clip provided with the instrument should be used to retrieve them.

Timer activation method: Rotate clockwise to select (1~60) MIN timer. Do not return counterclockwise after selecting the timer.

4、 Precautions for use and maintenance

• Please read the user manual carefully before use.
• Use a well grounded power supply.
• Keep the box clean regularly and cut off the power supply when cleaning the inside.
• The placement of the instrument should have a ventilation gap of no less than 10CM from the wall.

5、 After sales service and warranty

This instrument complies with the relevant national three guarantee regulations. Damage caused by non-human factors within one year will be repaired and replaced free of charge for the user.

Note: The warranty period for infrared bulbs is three months (90 days).
