Product Details

The thermal deformation and Vicat softening point tester uses a PLC programmable controller for temperature adjustment and a calculator for display operation. This product is easy to operate, convenient to use, stable in performance, and has high precision. It can also monitor the test temperature and deformation in real-time during the testing process; At the end of the experiment, the system automatically stops heating and can print the test report and test curve. This series of models is an essential instrument for self inspection by various quality inspection units, universities, and enterprises.

The XRW-300HB model has a sample holder lifting function, which can lift or lower the sample holder at the beginning or end of the test. This machine is mainly used for measuring the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastic, rubber, nylon, electrical insulation materials, etc. The product complies with the requirements of IS075 (E), IS0306 (E), GB/T8802, GB/T1633, GB/T1634 and other standards.
