Adopting a new heating method, the heating element is made of isostatic pressed high-purity graphite with excellent thermal conductivity, which can ensure temperature uniformity between each digestion hole, and the temperature difference between samples is less than ± 1.5 ℃.

Program controlled LCD digital display intelligent program temperature control, realizing program temperature rise and controlling heating holding time, automatically stopping heating after completing the heating program.
Energy saving and efficient double-layer shell design, with dual insulation effects of air insulation layer and aluminum silicate insulation layer, making it more energy-efficient. It can process 60 samples simultaneously, making it more efficient.
Anti corrosion treatment of graphite thermal conductive material, surface coated with Teflon to resist strong acid and alkali corrosion. The whole machine is treated with anti-corrosion spray coating to ensure that the instrument works normally in acidic environments.
The host box and controller are designed as separate units, and the microcomputer control part can be placed outside the ventilation cabinet, which is convenient for operation and protects the control part from corrosion.
