1. Operating environment

1.1 SQ005BOperating temperature: 10 ℃ -40 ℃. 1.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 30%. 1.3 Applicable power supply: 220V ± 10% 50Hz ± 2%.

2. Scope of application and technical parameters

*2.1SQ005BScope of application: Thermal shock resistance (thermal shock, sudden changes in temperature) testing of glass bottles, glassware, beer bottles, and infusion bottles.

*2.2 Standard thermal shock resistance (qualified, incremental, destructive), one-time high temperature difference, and thermal shock durability tests.

*2.3 The temperature difference, background temperature, and temperature rise of the hot and cold water tanks can be set.

*2.4 Electric lifting, gently push and transfer the specimen basket, completed within<15 ± 5 seconds.

*2.5 Control display: The sensor transmits the temperature value of the hot and cold tanks, and the electronic system displays the temperature control.

*2.6 Uniformity of Hot Pot: The micro compressor has completed stirring.

2.7 Temperature control of hot and cold tanks: Cold water replacement in the cold tank, electric heating or hot gas in the hot tank.
