Belden has extended its range of configurable modular switches for critical mission applications through MSP40 Layer 3 switches, providing all the advantages of the validated MSP30 switch series, such as high-performance routing and a complete gigabit variant. Due to its support for standard redundancy protocols, users can use sub rings to set up networks, further improving availability. Its support for dynamic routing protocols also makes it easy to install larger networks.
