The combination of cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) 35S promoter, Agrobacterium tumefaciens NOS terminator, glyphosate EPSPS, and PAT elements has been widely used to detect transgenic strains. This kit can detect these four commonly used promoters, terminators, and transgenic components, thus enabling the detection of most transgenic strains.
