Load the product basket into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door. Then the kettle door is ensured to be safe through triple safety interlocking. Throughout the sterilization process, the door is mechanically locked.
The sterilization process is automatically carried out according to the formula input into the microprocessor controller PLC.
This system is based on direct heating of food packaging with steam, without any other heating medium (such as water as an intermediate medium in the spray system). Due to the powerful fan forcing the steam inside the pot to form a cycle, the steam is uniform. Fans can accelerate the heat exchange between steam and food packaging.
Throughout the entire process, the pressure inside the sterilization kettle is controlled by the program through an automatic valve to supply or discharge compressed air to the sterilization kettle. Due to the steam air mixture sterilization, the pressure inside the kettle is not affected by temperature, and can be freely set according to the packaging of different products, making the equipment more widely applicable (three piece cans, two piece cans, flexible packaging bags, glass bottles, plastic packaging, etc. can adapt simultaneously).
The temperature distribution uniformity inside the kettle is+/-0.3 ℃, and the pressure is controlled at 0.05Bar.
