Product Introduction:

With the rapid development of cities, the amount of urban household waste is increasing, which seriously restricts social development. Urban organic waste mainly includes kitchen waste, household waste, etc. Anaerobic fermentation can reduce pollution from organic waste, while producing biogas and providing energy.
Urban organic waste is suitable for dry fermentation, with a dry matter range of 20-35% and solid materials. Garage style dry fermentation is a technology with promising applications. Compared with wet fermentation, garage dry fermentation has many advantages, such as (1) greatly reducing system water consumption, minimal or no biogas slurry, and lowering the cost of biogas slurry treatment; (2) Low self energy consumption, such as winter insulation energy consumption accounting for about 5% of the system's self generated energy; (3) The pre-treatment is simple and not affected by inorganic substances such as sand, gravel, wood, etc., simplifying the screening process and reducing the cost of pre-treatment; (4) The fermentation device does not have a stirrer, which reduces energy consumption and improves stability; (5) General engineering machinery devices can be used for feeding and discharging, with high equipment utilization.
In view of this, RTK small garage type dry reactor can be used to simulate large-scale fermentation reactions. The reactor is prepared using PMMA for easy observation of the reaction process. The reactor is equipped with a material reaction chamber, and the bottom of the reaction chamber is equipped with a lattice orifice plate, which facilitates the infiltration of leachate into the leachate chamber under the action of gravity. There is a water distributor at the top, which can circulate the leachate with a pump for easy mass transfer.
A small garage style anaerobic reactor (10 L) using RTK was used for simulating industrial fermentation research. Combined with gas analysis equipment, real-time monitoring of methane or biogas production and composition during the fermentation process can be achieved.
