I. Overview

GZY-III/20A Transformer DC Resistance TesterIt is a necessary testing item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. 4. Instruments should avoid severe vibrations.

5. After the test is completed, be sure to wait for the discharge alarm to stop before turning off the power and removing the test line.

6. When measuring an unloaded voltage regulating transformer, be sure to wait for the discharge indicator alarm sound to stop before switching gears.

7. During the testing process, it is prohibited to move the test clamp and power supply line.
