High performance liquid chromatography HPLC detection scheme for doxycycline hydrochloride

-Sample processing procedure-

Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of doxycycline hydrochloride reference substance, add an appropriate amount of 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, dissolve by ultrasound, and dilute with 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to a solution containing approximately 1mg doxycycline hydrochloride per 1ml. Shake well, filter through a 0.45 µ m organic system filter membrane, accurately measure 20 µ L, inject into a liquid chromatograph, and record the chromatogram.

Calibration of standard samples:

The software can calibrate any number of standard samples. Multiple parallel injections of the same sample to eliminate errors.

Several correction calculation methods: peak position method, universal method, trial and error method, and internal standard peak correction method.

The calibration curve can be fitted using linear equations, quadratic and cubic polynomial equations, and the least squares method.

Automatically calculate the standard deviation and correlation coefficient.

You can output a calibration curve graph in the report.

Molecular weight determination:

You can set up a slicing method to calculate the corresponding molecular weight for any segment in the spectrum and automatically deduct the baseline. The following molecular weights can be obtained and a molecular weight distribution map can be created:

GPC gel chromatography workstation consists of general chromatography workstation software and special module for molecular weight calculation. The general chromatography workstation software is responsible for the collection and processing of spectra (i.e. detecting peaks in the spectrum and establishing appropriate baselines for the detected peaks), while the molecular weight calculation module is responsible for calculating molecular weight based on a pre fitted calibration curve (the relationship curve between molecular weight and peak time).
