IIGH-60E Automatic Smoke and Dust Smoke Tester Purpose:

The smoke and dust testing instrument adopts the pitot tube constant velocity average sampling weight method to collect particulate matter in the flue, the positioning electrolysis method to determine harmful gases in the flue, and the dry wet bulb method to determine the moisture content in the flue, all produced in accordance with national standards. It can be widely used in environmental monitoring, labor protection, industrial hygiene, factories and mining enterprises to sample particulate matter and harmful gas concentrations in pipeline pollution sources. It can also be applied to evaluate and calibrate the accuracy of continuous flue gas measurement instruments. It is currently the detection instrument for particulate matter concentration in China and also the flagship product of Qingdao Haite Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

3、 Performance characteristics of GH-60E automatic smoke and dust testing instrument:

1. One machine is versatile and can measure parameters such as smoke, moisture content, flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, smoke temperature, oil fume, and smoke (such as O2, SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, H2S);

2. Automatically store monitoring data for querying and printing, with a data storage capacity of 1 million sets. A micro printer can be connected to an RS232 interface to selectively print sampling reports on site, which can be printed in both Chinese and English menus. Equipped with USB memory or storage card to store data and directly generate Excel spreadsheets for printing. Computer software can connect to the computer for data communication and print sampling reports;

3. Automatically remember the monitoring parameters entered last time, prioritize use for the next startup, and achieve one click sampling;

4. The drying cylinder with a three in one design of drying, filtering, and anti backflow suction can dry moisture, filter dust, and reduce the impact of backflow suction on flow rate, achieving long-term operation without cleaning;

5. Wide temperature LCD display, adjustable backlight and brightness, Chinese human-machine dialogue menu display, illustrated with text, simple and clear. Users can operate directly with the rich online operation prompts of the instrument. The LCD screen can rotate freely from 0 to 180 degrees in front and back, and from 0 to 360 degrees in left and right, making it convenient for operators to view data;

6. Multi level optoelectronic isolation, multi CPU fault-tolerant structure, overcoming electrostatic interference and breakdown;

7. Both smoke sampling and exhaust sampling are equipped with pre installed gas water separators, which can be disassembled separately to effectively filter the impact of water and gas on pipelines and measurement results;

8. Automatically adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure, standard condition data can be directly read, and there is a power-off protection function, which automatically enters the pre power-off sampling state after power on;

9. Linear calibration of various parameters of the instrument can be directly performed through a waterproof keyboard. Password must be entered for instrument maintenance and calibration, and permission management is also available to ensure the safety of all instrument parameters;

10. The installation method of pre installed birdcage with temperature sensor in front of the meter provides more accurate measurement of the temperature in front of the meter. The instrument is better equipped with a leak self-test;

11. Real time display of direct reading parameters such as dynamic pressure, static pressure, temperature, smoke temperature, flow rate, flow rate, rotational speed, moisture content, etc., and automatic measurement of atmospheric pressure;

14. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery for storing data during AC power outages. It automatically restores sampling during AC incoming calls, deducts the power outage time during the sampling process, and allows users to query the power outage time;

16. It can store various parameters of the system settings, facilitate user use, directly access system settings or sampling settings, and has system recovery function and file batch and selective deletion function;
