1、 GCG1000 Workshop Dust Concentration Ultra High Online Alarm Device Product Description:

The GCG1000 dust concentration sensor is designed according to the enterprise standards of MT/T 1102-2009 "Coal Mine Dust Concentration Sensor" and Q/320581FYK007-2012 "GCG1000 Dust Concentration Sensor", as well as the Exib I intrinsic safety level in GB3836.4-2010 standard. The product absorbs and digests the dust measurement technology, directly detects the mass concentration of airborne dust, displays it on site through a digital tube, and converts it into a frequency signal output for use in mine monitoring or other measurement and control systems. This product has the characteristics of fast and accurate measurement, high sensitivity, stable performance, preset K value, and direct display and output of dust mass concentration.

2、 The main purpose and scope of application of GCG1000 workshop dust concentration ultra-high online alarm:

The GCG1000 workshop dust concentration ultra-high online alarm device is widely used for continuous monitoring of total dust in workplaces with hazardous gas mixtures such as flammable and explosive substances, as well as for environmental monitoring in other public places. At present, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, workplaces with explosive conditions must implement continuous monitoring of dust concentration and total dust.

4、 Calibration of GCG1000 Online Dust Concentration Detector Instrument

The calibration of the proportion coefficient of dust light scattering can be carried out using parallel sampling calibration method. The parallel sampling calibration method is placed next to the sensor

A standard dust sampler is used to sample while the sensor is measuring, and record more than 10 sets of measurement data from the sensor. The arithmetic mean is taken as the measurement value of the sensor. After the standard dust sampler collects dust, the dust concentration value is measured using a balance weighing method and used as the standard concentration value. The proportional coefficient is calculated according to formula (1).

Formula for calculating the proportion coefficient of dust light scattering:

K=C standard/C measurement (1)

In the formula: K - proportion coefficient of dust light scattering;

C standard - using a balance weighing method to determine the dust concentration value, mg/m3；

C measurement - sensors measure dust concentration values, mg/m3。

5、 Calibration of GCG1000 Online Dust Concentration Detector Instrument

(1) Input of K value

Open the protective board in front of the instrument and expose the button for the instrument. Press the "K value" button, and the "0" on the right side of "c000" will flash. At this time, pressing the "Adjust" button can increase the flashing number by one. If the "Adjust" button is repeatedly pressed, the number can cycle from 0-9. Pressing the "Select" button can cycle through the flashing digital tube. After entering the K value (001-999), pressing the "Confirm" button will cause the instrument to calculate based on the current input K value. If the "Cancel" button is pressed, the current K value entered by the user will be invalid, and the instrument's previous K values will remain unchanged.

(2) Measurement of background noise

Open the protective panel in front of the instrument and expose the button for the instrument. Press the "Calibrate" button, and the instrument will display "0000". At this time, if the user presses the "Calibrate" button, the instrument will display four digits of data "XXX XXX", which is the background noise at that time on site (background noise should be measured in a clean and dry airflow). Repeatedly pressing the "Calibrate" button will display stable data, which is the background noise at that time on site. If the user presses the "Confirm" button, they will confirm the current background noise; If the user presses the 'give up' button, they will give up using the currently measured background noise.

(3) Setting of alarm values

Open the protective panel in front of the instrument to expose the buttons on the instrument. Press the "Select" button to display "b000" on the instrument. Users can use the "Adjust" and "Select" buttons to set the dust concentration alarm value (001-999) in combination
