1. This tester can measure multiple physical properties of powder and granular materials. 2. The items tested by this product and their significance:
Angle of repose: In a state of static equilibrium, the acute angle between the inclined plane of powder accumulation and the horizontal plane at the bottom is called the angle of repose. It is formed by naturally dropping powder onto a specific platform through a specific method. The size of the angle of repose directly reflects the flow of the powder, and the smaller the angle of repose, the better the flowability of the powder. The angle of repose, also known as the angle of rest or natural slope angle.
Collapse angle: When measuring the angle of repose, a certain external force is applied to the accumulated powder, which may cause the surface of the accumulated powder to collapse.
