Advantages of SCF-II:

6. Automatic slag removal: Monitor the slag content in the sewage collection chamber through a concentration meter to ensure smooth filtration and keep the equipment in normal or low-pressure working condition.

7. Double helix shaft: Adopting a double helix structure, it can squeeze out the mixture of impurities to a limited extent and discharge dry slag, while also having forward and reverse rotation functions to reduce the failure rate of the slag discharge mechanism.

8. Automatic circulation: While discharging the slag, the slag liquid flows back to the inlet through the circulation system, and is re filtered and circulated to achieve solid-liquid separation without loss of the original liquid.

9. Easy to operate: After setting the program parameters according to the actual working conditions of the customer, switch to automatic operation with one click. If maintenance and cleaning are required, opening the cover is convenient and labor-saving, and the slag removal mechanism is easy to disassemble.
