Fully automatic methane potential testing system (dry method)

Product Introduction:
Although wet fermentation is currently the mainstream method for anaerobic methane production, dry fermentation still has many advantages. For example, (1) it can directly process solid organic waste such as urban garbage and agricultural straw without pre-treatment, reducing costs; (2) No need for stirring, the stability of equipment operation can be improved; (3) The device itself has low energy consumption during operation; (4) High quality biogas with low sulfur content reduces the purification cost of biogas; (5) There is little or almost no biogas slurry, which reduces the processing cost of biogas slurry.
Based on the above characteristics, for solid waste such as urban household waste and agricultural straw with a solid content greater than 15%, RTK small dry anaerobic reactor (1 L) can be selected, combined with RTK fully automatic methane potential testing system, for simulating dry anaerobic fermentation research. The fully automatic methane potential testing system can monitor the biogas or methane production in the dry process reactor in real time.
Fully automatic methane potential testing system (dry method)
Product Features:
(1) The dry anaerobic reactor is made of transparent materials for easy observation of the material conditions inside the reactor;
(2) The dry anaerobic reactor is equipped with a spray water distributor, which can manually or automatically reflux the leachate into the distributor and mix it with the material, which is beneficial for enhancing mass transfer and improving fermentation efficiency;
(3) The filtrate can be stored in the filtrate chamber at the bottom of the reactor or in specially configured filtrate bottles. It can also monitor the physicochemical parameters of the filtrate, such as pH and ORP, which is beneficial for analyzing the fermentation process;
(4) The fully automatic potential testing system can test both the biogas production in the dry anaerobic reactor and only the methane production. The gas can be collected without damage after testing and used for other analyses (such as component testing).
