5. PLC control cabinet: adopts a box structure, with internal installation of control electrical appliances such as AC contactors.

working principle

The preparation process of polymer solution is gradually processed through various solution tanks. The solution tanks are separated to ensure reaction time and constant concentration within each tank, and most importantly, to avoid any direct pathways (short flows) between the pre mixed tank and the solution storage tank.
The TCZB series three box dosing device is automatically controlled by a control box, which is connected to a liquid level gauge installed on the solution storage tank. Once the liquid level gauge reaches the "low level", the inlet solenoid valve is triggered to open, and the dry mixing machine is started to dispense medication. The concentration can be adjusted. Once the liquid level gauge reaches the "high level", this cycle stops and the mixer continues to operate.
