Working principle of four toothed roller crusher

The four toothed roller crusher uses four high-strength wear-resistant rollers to crush materials by generating high extrusion and shear forces through relative rotation. After entering the gap between the upper two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), the material is subjected to the squeezing and shearing effects of the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers. After the first squeezing and shearing of the material (coarse crushing), it enters the lower two rollers that rotate relative to each other again. Then, it is squeezed, sheared, and ground (fine crushing) by the lower two rollers to the required particle size and sent out by the conveying equipment.
