Introduction to Four Roll Crusher
The four roll crusher is a medium and fine crusher with a simple structure and reliable performance. The four roll crusher is suitable for the fine crushing operation of solid materials with compressive strength less than 300Mpa and moisture content less than 30%, such as crushing various ores, coke, coal, ceramic raw materials, water slag, gypsum, salt, clay, chemical raw materials, etc. or solid materials with hardness equivalent to the above. It has the characteristics of low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, reliable performance, low over crushing rate, less dust, and low noise.

Working principle of four roll crusher

The four roll crusher uses four high-strength wear-resistant alloy rollers to crush materials by generating high extrusion and shear forces through relative rotation. After the materials enter the V-shaped crushing chamber of the top two rollers, they are subjected to the extrusion force caused by the relative rotation of the upper two rollers. The materials are first extruded and ground (coarse crushing), then enter the middle two rollers that rotate relative to each other, and undergo secondary extrusion and grinding (fine crushing) using the extrusion force of the middle two rollers. Finally, they enter the lower two rollers and undergo a third extrusion using the lower two rollers. After shearing and grinding (ultra fine crushing), they are crushed into the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.

The four grinding and two crushing machine is a universal four grinding crusher, with four grinding surfaces divided into overlay grinding surfaces. The combination is selected according to the particle size required by the user, and is suitable for fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 90mm and finished product particle size requirements of 60-5mm, such as the production of coke powder in steel plants, blast powder in coking plants, quartz powder in the quartz industry, iron powder in the iron ore industry, or similar crushing occasions.
B、 Four grinding and three crushing machine
The four grinding and three crushing machine model is a patented product independently developed by our company and unique to the market. The four grinding surfaces are divided into welding roller surfaces or flat roller surfaces, and can be combined according to the particle size required by the user. They are suitable for ultra fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 90mm and finished product particle size requirements of 100-5mm, such as the production of quartz powder and refined iron powder in the mining industry, feldspar powder in the ceramic industry, desulfurization of stone powder in thermal power plants, micro powder and coal powder in cement plants, gypsum powder in building materials factories, crushing of various chemical raw materials in the chemical industry, or similar crushing occasions as mentioned above.
