1. The walking beam transports a belt roll to the bundling position and then stops.
2. The conveyor system detects the coil and sends a start signal to the bundling mill.
3. The strapping mill receives a start signal, causing the bayonet to extend, and then the strapping feed wheel begins to rotate in the direction of strapping feed, and the strapping is wrapped around the coil and passes under it to the strapping head.
4. After returning the strapping end to the strapping head, the head will move down to the surface of the tape roll. Then the machine tightens the strapping to the required tension, and completes sealing and cutting.
5. Return the strapping head to its original position and feed the strapping again.
6. Then the machine will move to another site and complete another bundling.
7. After completing all bundling, the machine will send a completion signal to the conveyor system. Then the walking beam can be moved out of the rolling position. The coil saddle supporting the coil must have three slots to allow the clips to pass through.
