It has over 20 years of experience in mechanical design, production, and processing. In 2007, the board of directors of the company decided to restructure the internal structure of the company, optimize resource allocation, and established Shenyang Fangke Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to specialize in the business of balers.

As early as 2003, the company established a baler production base with a South Korean baler manufacturer.
