design
The FZA series consists of radial pump casings, with ZA being an API610 standard OH1 pump and FZAE and ZAF being API610 standard OH2 pumps. High degree of generalization, hydraulic components and bearing components are consistent; Series pump models can be equipped with Baowen jacket structure; High pump efficiency; The corrosion allowance of the pump body and impeller is relatively large; The shaft is sealed and protected by a shaft sleeve, isolated from the medium, avoiding corrosion of the shaft and improving the overall service life of the pump;The motor adopts an extended film coupling, which is very convenient and fast for maintenance without disassembling the pipeline and motor.
pump body
The pump body with a diameter of DN80 or above adopts a double volute shell to balance radial forces, thereby reducing pump noise and extending bearing life; The SLZA pump body relies on foot support, while the SLZAE and SLZAF pump bodies are supported at the center.
flange
The suction flange is horizontally suction and the discharge flange is vertically upward, and the flange can withstand large pipe mouth loads. According to customer requirements, flanges can comply with GB, HG, DIN, ANSI standards, and both suction and discharge flanges have the same pressure registration.
Cavitation
The blades extend towards the inlet of the impeller and the diameter increases, resulting in excellent anti cavitation performance of the pump. In special cases, an inducer can be installed to improve the pump's anti cavitation performance.
Bearings and lubrication
The bearing suspension is a whole, and the bearings are lubricated with oil bath. The environmental protection certificate for oil slinging ensures sufficient lubrication to prevent local temperature rise caused by low lubricating oil level. According to specific working conditions, the bearing suspension can be air-cooled (with cooling ribs), water-cooled (with water-cooled sleeves), and air-cooled (with fans). The bearing is sealed by a labyrinth dust disc.
