·Closed impeller

The water pump is equipped with a closed impeller, which can be widely used in drainage operations in buildings and industries. The impeller is mainly made of cast iron, which not only provides performance guarantee, but also extends the service life of the impeller. power≤7.5kWThe pump can be optionally equipped with a reamer device, which is made of high chromium stainless steel material and used for reaming long fibers and long solid pollutants to prevent water pump blockage.

·Short axis design

A shorter shaft design can significantly avoid shaft deflection, thereby extending the life of seals and bearings, and maintaining low vibration and quiet operation.

·Heavy duty ball bearings

Adopting high-quality lifelong maintenance free lubricated bearings, all ball bearings are pre filled with lubricating oil to ensure that they do not need to be lubricated again during their service life.

·Two mechanical seal systems

Two mechanical seal systems are located in the lubricating oil chamber to ensure that there will be no malfunctions during the operation of the water pump.

The oil chamber leakage sensor is used to alarm when there is excessive infiltration of external media into the oil chamber, preventing external media from entering the motor. If the oil chamber leakage sensor fails and external media seeps into the motor, the motor chamber leakage sensor will sound an alarm, stop the motor, and protect the motor from moisture damage.
By controlling the cabinet, the protection of the electric pump against phase loss, overload, undervoltage, and short circuit can be achieved.
