The fluorine lined discharge ball valve and L value are enterprise standards. The left flange is one size larger than the right flange, and D1 is connected to the reaction kettle. The numerator is the size of the right flange, and the denominator is the size of the left flange JB78. It is equipped with reaction kettles ranging from 50L to 5000L.

FEP is suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, as well as various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃. FEP is also suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.

The working principle of the fluorine lined discharge ball valve: The FQ41F series discharge ball valve works by rotating the valve disc to make the valve smooth or closed. The valve disc and the inner side of the valve body are all made of fluoroplastic lining technology, which has the advantages of light switch, small volume, reliable sealing, simple structure, easy maintenance, and wide range of use. The fluorine lined discharge ball valve is shown in the left figure: the L value is the enterprise standard, the left flange is one level larger than the right flange, D1 is connected to the reaction kettle, the numerator is the size of the right flange, and the denominator is the size of the left flange JB78, equipped with reaction kettle 50L-5000L.

In addition, the special molding process ensures good density of the sealing surface, and the combination of herringbone ring PTFE packing enables the valve to achieve zero leakage.
