1. The balance container shall be manufactured and accepted in accordance with JB1610 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Boiler Header".
2. Manufacturing enterprises must obtain ISO9001 quality system certification. Wuxi Hudai Instrument Factory passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification on May 29, 2006, with certificate number 05309Q10294R1S.

Customer ordering requirements:
1. The double chamber balanced container shall be manufactured and accepted in accordance with JB1610 "Technical Requirements for Boiler Header Manufacturing".
Manufacturing enterprises must obtain ISO-9001 quality certification.
3. Manufacturing enterprises must have a certificate of metrological qualification confirmation issued at or above the city level.
4. Unless otherwise specified in the user's technical drawings, all other corner welds shall be continuously welded around, with a weld height equal to the thickness of the thicker part.
5. The balanced container is suitable for the rated steam pressure of the boiler.
6. When manufacturing balanced containers into products, a pressure test must be conducted before positioning, with a pressure level of PS=1.5 to 2 times the customer's set value.
