Environmentally friendly centrifugal ventilation fan

1、 After the installation of the environmentally friendly centrifugal fan, it can only be started and operated under normal conditions of its equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the fan meets the requirements, prevent accidents, and extend the service life of the equipment. In addition, the following issues should be noted:

a、 A management system must be established, safety operating procedures must be formulated, and equipment maintenance rules must be established. The daily maintenance of ventilation fans should be carried out by a dedicated person, and daily maintenance records should be kept.

b、 Observe the temperature rise and lubrication condition of the bearings at any time, and keep the oil window clean and transparent.

c、 Install a regulating valve on the inlet duct of the fan. Before driving, turn it off, wait for the fan to start running, then slowly turn it on until it reaches the specified working condition, and check the motor current.

d、 Check the operation of the fan at any time. If any abnormal phenomena are found, the cause should be promptly identified and the machine should be shut down for maintenance.

e、 The lubricating oil used in the fan should be replaced regularly, especially after each disassembly and repair.

f、 The rotation direction of the fan should be consistent with the rotation direction indicated on the fan nameplate.

g、 Regularly remove dust, dirt, and other impurities inside the fan and pipeline according to the specific usage situation, and prevent rusting.

Environmentally friendly centrifugal fans are environmentally friendly fans manufactured by technicians on the basis of their own technology. The current collector and wheel cover are both formed using high integral stretching technology, with a large proportion of air inlet and characteristics such as high suction and air volume. The impeller has been optimized for its aerodynamic performance and stable operation. It is generally used in conjunction with systems such as smoke and dust control equipment, exhaust gas treatment equipment, industrial oil mist purification equipment, and dust treatment equipment, and is widely used for ventilation in rubber chemical, coating industry, industrial and mining enterprises, hardware processing, medicine and other occasions.

3、 There are three types:

Type centrifugal fan, suitable for conveying corrosive gases, can be made of materials such as fiberglass, steel plate rotational molding, or stainless steel.

Type centrifugal fan, suitable for conveying flammable and explosive mixed gases, with a conveying medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, a dust content and other solid impurities content not exceeding 150mg/m ³, a diameter not exceeding 1mm, and a motor equipped with explosion-proof type. It can be made of cast aluminum impeller or non-metallic materials.

As a type of centrifugal fan, it is suitable for transporting corrosive and flammable gases, and can be made of materials such as fiberglass or steel plate rotational molding.
