Its main performance and characteristics include good electrical insulation performance, fire resistance, flame retardancy, waterproofing, aging resistance, weather resistance, high strength, high modulus, etc. Widely used in epoxy copper-clad laminates, PTFE, high-temperature adhesive tape (PET), sports equipment, prepreg backing, silicone tape electrical insulation products, printed circuit boards, fireproof boards, insulation boards, as well as aviation, * fields, etc. Main varieties of fiberglass cloth: (i.e. thickness: 0.18mm, 0.1mm, 0.08mm, 0.05mm, 0.03mm, 0.14mm) Label: 7638 cloth, 7629 cloth, 7628 cloth, 2116 cloth, 1080 cloth, etc. Product features: 1. 7628 Basic Requirements for Electronic Cloth

1.1 Glass composition requirements: The glass is made of glass fiber yarn with aluminum borate glass composition, and its alkali metal oxide content is less than 0.8%

1.2 Texture: The texture of glass cloth is plain weave.

1.3 Width: 1270 (0,+10) MM.

1.4 Tensile fracture strength: Longitudinal>294N/5MM. Latitude>250N/25MM.

1.5 Yarn Density: The acceptable ranges for the warp and weft yarn density of glass cloth are 44 ± 3 strands/inch and 31 ± 3 strands/inch, respectively.

1.6 Surface treatment agent content: The surface treatment agent content should be between 0.075% and 0.35%.

1.7 Unit weight of electronic grade glass cloth: 200g/m2.
