working principle


The high-efficiency fiber filter cloth filter is mainly composed of fiber filters, water collection main pipes, mobile suction systems, and sludge discharge tanks. The filter includes a dedicated fiber filter cloth and a filter cloth bracket. The flushing adopts a mobile linear suction washing, and the washed section can immediately enter the filtering state without storing flushing water. The workflow is as follows:

The filtered water first enters the filter cloth filter through the inlet pipe. Under pressure, the water flows from both sides of the filter from the outside to the inside through the filter cloth for filtration. The filtered water is collected by the small holes in the filter frame and the outlet pipe at the bottom, and finally overflows into the outlet through the outlet weir.
As the filtration progresses, backwashing gradually accumulates suspended solids on the surface of the filter cloth, the filtration speed decreases, and the water level in the pool gradually rises. When the water level rises to the predetermined level, negative pressure suction backwashing begins: the vertical filter is fixed in place, and with the movement of the flushing crane and the start of the suction pump, linear scanning and suction of the sludge on the filter begin. The suctioned sludge is discharged from the pool by the water pump, and after the crane moves one stroke, the filter cloth is cleaned.Click to watch the principle video

Process Characteristics
Mobile cloth and water collection sedimentation tank: Breaking through the limitations of various sedimentation tanks in the past, it has brought about "qualitative" changes in the streamline, flow state, water distribution method, water collection method, solid-liquid separation conditions, and other aspects during the sedimentation process. There will be significant improvements in pool size, footprint, elevation coordination with pre structures, sedimentation efficiency, and other aspects.

Denitrification filter: In a vortex mixer, the water flow generates intense eddies to achieve differential stirring and mixing of chemicals, water, and air. By using a bypass injection pipe, the flocculant is injected into the raw water pipe near the inlet of the reaction zone. The small hole with a large diameter is injected at a high speed perpendicular to the direction of the water flow in the raw water pipe. When the flocculant is injected at the turbulence intensity of the raw water flow, it is most likely to mix quickly with the raw water.
