The newly launched EXFOFTBx-5255 is an OSA that can meet all application requirements in a single module:
High speed DWDM, capable of measuring OSNR of 10G to 400G signals, including Pol Mux OSNR in service
CWDM Spectral Analysis
Pluggable transceivers (CFP, XFP, etc.) O-band spectral analysis (in the 1300 nm region) and L-band spectral analysis

After the emergence of the Pol Mux OSNR method (INSPM) in EXFO's services, people's wait for non intrusive Pol Mux OSNR measurement methods suitable for real-time networks has finally come to an end. This robust measurement method has a high dynamic range and can provide very accurate Pol Mux OSNR values for 40G/100G/200G/400G * signals. It is the first method to reduce coherent network interruptions, accurately locate defective amplifiers, and shorten fault diagnosis time.

This versatile OSA can be combined with the EXFO ESFO FTBx-88200NGE Power Blazer module when equipped with a debugging assistant option or Pol Mux OSNR measurement option in the service, becoming a compact OSA/transmission network testing solution for 40G/100G circuit debugging.
