The E-Cell standard system is designed around four different basic models, but can flexibly adjust the number of stacks on the system to meet project capacity requirements. In addition, the flow range of the system takes into account the different dilution flow rates of each stack, which will be determined using Winflows software for EDI prediction to meet the water quality requirements of the project. All systems can be upgraded to use the E-Cell MK-7 stack instead of the E-Cell-3X, which allows the system capacity to increase by approximately 40% at rated flow

The E-Cell EDI standard system includes a complete set of equipment required for fast and efficient installation, including:

  • Power panel with DC drive
  • Single module current monitoring
  • Instrument package, including flow rate, resistivity/conductivity, and pressure transmitters
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Human Machine Interface (HMI)
  • Optional water flow valve and programming

Winflows

Winflows is one of the most advanced reverse osmosis (RO) and EDI computing tools on the market. It can model RO and EDI as independent operating systems, but its uniqueness lies in its ability to model RO+EDI systems as combined processes within a single tool. This improves the convenience of use, as most EDI systems have upstream RO to ensure that the EDI system has sufficient water quality. Using a tool to make EDI calculations easier than ever before.
