The application of dust monitoring instruments is becoming increasingly widespread, and the requirements for their performance are also increasing. With the improvement of industrial automation level and the increasing strengthening of environmental protection, the monitoring of industrial dust is becoming increasingly strict. This product is widely used for online measurement of dust concentration in gas-solid two-phase flow in industries such as steel, power generation, petroleum, chemical, cement, mining, etc. Replacing the old method of manual sampling and analysis in the past, it timely detects the concentration of emitted dust, avoids the loss of usable dust, protects the production equipment for gas reuse, reduces consumption, and is highly welcomed by users!
Dust monitoring deviceIntroduction:
In the production process of modern industry, due to process requirements, the application of dust monitoring instruments is becoming increasingly widespread, and the performance requirements for them are also increasing. With the improvement of industrial automation level and the increasing strengthening of environmental protection, the monitoring of industrial dust is becoming increasingly strict.Adopting high temperature and high pressure resistant design, suitable for various industrial production environments. The integrated, two-line structure makes installation and use extremely simple, and can easily connect to users' automated management systems. Real time monitoring of the working conditions of upstream equipment, achieving early alarms, facilitating maintenance and repair of upstream equipment, avoiding waste and unnecessary damage to downstream equipment.Dust monitoring deviceThe application can play an auxiliary role in the energy-saving and efficiency increasing process implemented by enterprises.

Working principle of dust monitoring device:
During the transportation of gas-solid two-phase fluids containing dust particles, the collision and friction between dust particles and dust particles, as well as between dust particles and the inner wall of pipelines, will cause the dust particles to carry charges and form an electrostatic field. When charged dust particles pass through the measuring electrode, positive and negative charges are induced by the measuring electrode, and the charges form a current signal during the transfer motion; The magnitude of this AC signal is directly proportional to the mass content of dust. By further amplifying and processing this electrical signal, the dust concentration (mg/m) can be accurately measured3).

Calibration instructions for dust monitoring instrument:
After calibrating the dust emission monitor using Isokinetic sampling test, it can be set to directly output mg/s or mg/M3 data in total units. But if the sampling port for constant velocity sampling is located upstream of the probe or too close to the probe, the insertion of the sampling instrument will affect the stability of the airflow around the probe, and the dust emission monitor cannot be effectively calibrated. Therefore, the probe must be installed at a distance of 1 meter upstream of the sampling port.
inDust monitoring deviceIn equipment, three horizontal lines are usually required to display three different dust emission concentrations. They are the normal operating level line, alarm line (indicating damaged filter bags in the filter), and excessive discharge line (indicating a major malfunction in the filtration system). These three lines are set within the output data range of 4-20mA. Due to the linear relationship between the dust concentration value measured by the dust emission monitor and the current (4-20mA) output data value (note: 0%=4mA, 100%=20mA), a conversion factor (represented by K) can be established to calculate other dust emission concentration values in the constant velocity sampling test
Use and maintenance of dust monitoring instrument:
1. This product is a debugging free product that simulates the signals detected by the front-end and uses MCU intelligent successive approximation algorithm to adaptively adapt to the installation conditions.
2. After installing the product, users need to adjust the equipment through or according to our personnel's telephone guidance. Please do not adjust the equipment without the guidance of our personnel.
3. The process of on-site equipment adjustment: Determine the installation status of the equipment (cables, wiring, installation openings, distribution isolators, etc.), determine the zero position of the equipment, determine the equipment parameters, and determine the blowback (or large signal testing) situation. The overall process requires on-site debugging of equipment, greatly reducing the workload.
4. When this product is used normally, only the sensor needs to be removed and the probe wiped regularly (3-6 months), and no further maintenance work is required.
