1. Y-axis oblique 45 ° power turret, dual spindle automatic docking turning combined with Y-axis, C-axis and power tools, powerful "integrated" machining solution, standard configuration of 100 center high 12 station BMT55 turret and synchronous C-axis, relative main and auxiliary spindles support synchronous rotation docking, reducing cycle time.

2. The X, Y, Z, and Z1 axes are all supported by P-grade large-sized precision heavy-duty roller tracks, with strong support rigidity and high guiding accuracy.

3. The main and auxiliary spindles are both precision high-speed high-power electric spindles, equipped with NSK precision bearings, which can achieve an optimized combination of high precision, high load-bearing capacity, and high speed, making them durable and long-lasting.

4. All items are driven by C3 grade THK high-precision ball screws, and the screw bearings are supported by NSK bearings. The screw locking nut adopts high-precision locking nut, combined with scientific pre stretching assembly process, with small thermal deformation and high transmission accuracy.

5. The machine tool is equipped with two types of chip removal methods: side chip removal and rear chip removal. Customers can choose the appropriate chip removal direction according to their on-site situation.

6. Adopting an automatic centralized lubrication system, the moving parts such as the screw and guide rail are lubricated through the set oil injection time interval and duration, ensuring the normal accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
