Working principle of double toothed roller crusher

After the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it is subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft, forcing it to pass between the two rollers while being squeezed and sheared by the roller shaft. The material begins to shatter, and the fragmented small particles are thrown down the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts along the tangent line of the roller rotation. Large particles exceeding the gap continue to be crushed into small particles and discharged.
