Double speed chain conveyor series

The double speed chain conveyor is widely used in production lines of various electronic and electrical, mechanical and electrical industries. The commonly used industries for double speed chain assembly lines include computer monitor production lines, computer host production lines, laptop assembly lines, air conditioning production lines, television assembly lines, microwave oven assembly lines, printer assembly lines, fax machine assembly lines, audio amplifier production lines, and engine assembly lines.

The double speed chain conveyor is a conveying equipment composed of a plastic composite roller double speed chain installed in a specially designed aluminum profile guide rail. The item tray is placed on the double chain, and the transported items are placed on the tray or supported by a supporting device. The running speed of the pallet is an integer multiple of the running speed of the chain. Due to the composite roller structure of the chain, the stopper set on the conveying route stops the tray from running while the chain is still running. Items with a large flat bottom do not require pallets. This feature is more suitable for production work on assembly lines with free pace.

After completing the conveying work, the tray can be returned by the horizontal plane process route or by the vertical lifting and double-layer line process route.

Ordinary chains can also be installed in the specially designed guide rails mentioned above. Ordinary chain conveyors do not require pallets to transport items. The top roller chain conveyor has the same function as the double speed chain, but its conveying speed does not produce double speed. Due to the fact that the top roller chain is made of metal, it can withstand higher working environment temperatures.
