  1. Please prepare necessary tools: tissues, alcohol, cotton swabs, water, etc;
  2. You can wet the refractometer housing with a tissue first and clean it. Stubborn dirt can be wiped with alcohol.
  3. You can first clean the prism of the refractometer with clean water.

4Next, use a cotton swab to stick some alcohol on it and clean the prism. Note that one end of the cotton swab can only be wiped along the prism once. After wiping, please switch to the other side and rinse it again with water.

5. Afterwards, pure water can be used to verify whether the refractometer has been cleaned.

As long as the refractometer is kept clean regularly and simple cleaning work is carried out after operation and use, the service life of the instrument can be extended.
