BS-2F digital oscillation incubatorIt is a biochemical instrument that combines a heating and cooling bidirectional temperature control system, a temperature controllable incubator, and an oscillator. It is a laboratory equipment used for precision cultivation and preparation in scientific research, education, and production sectors such as plants, biology, microbiology, genetics, viruses, medicine, environmental protection, food, petroleum, and chemical engineering.

1. The insulation material of the box is polyurethane foam plastic, which has strong resistance to external cold (heat) sources.

2. There is an air duct inside the working chamber with uniform temperature distribution.

3. The inner wall is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.

4. The heating system can raise the temperature to 50 ℃ in an environment of -5 ℃.

5. The refrigeration system can reduce to 5 ℃ when the ambient temperature is 32 ℃.

4 BS-2FInstructions for use:

1. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, dry and ventilated.

2. Before using the instrument, all control switches should be in a non working state, and the speed control knob should be placed in the smallest position.

3. To ensure good balance performance of the instrument during oscillation and avoid significant vibrations, all test bottle positions should be filled with approximately equal amounts of culture solution when bottling. If the culture medium is insufficient, the test bottle can be placed symmetrically.

4. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.

5. Choose cultivation temperature: Please refer to the user manual.

6. Turn on the 'oscillation switch', the indicator light will turn on, slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

7. Before each shutdown, all control switches should be in a non working state and the power should be cut off.

8. Two sets of incubators with oscillators controlled by their respective "oscillation switches" and "speed control knobs".

9. Not suitable for the cultivation of items containing volatile chemical solvents, low concentration explosive gases, low ignition point gases, and toxic substances.

5 BS-2FMaintenance and upkeep:

1. Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their service life by keeping them in good working condition.

2. After the refrigeration system stops working, clean the working chamber and glass observation window with a soft cloth.

3. During continuous operation, the instrument should undergo regular inspections every three months; Check for water droplets, dirt, etc. falling onto the motor and exposed refrigeration components; Clean the dust and dirt on the compressor and condenser; Check the fuse, control components, and fastening screws.

4. The bearings of the oscillator transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

5. Natural wear and tear of the instrument after use is a normal phenomenon. After using the instrument for one year, if abnormal noise is found in the motor and compressor, abnormal wear of the transmission mechanism bearings in the refrigeration and heating systems, or failure of the electronic control components, our factory will continue to provide high-quality service and assist in handling them.
