Desulfurization reactor
●General characteristics:
1) Designed to remove sulfur components from base oil or vacuum residue, with the aim of removing thiols and sulfur components;
2) Using a fixed bed and suitable catalyst for hydration catalytic desulfurization treatment;
3) The main solvent used is n-paraffins under pressure control;
4) It can help you obtain reliable data to optimize production, reduce factory costs, and is suitable for a wide range of base oil varieties;
●Design features:
1) It is a continuous device with 2 sets of catalytic reactors, which can be operated separately or in parallel;
2) Injection system: 2 glass tanks with temperature control, 5L; adjustable injection pump, maximum flow rate of 0.9L/hour, maximum temperature of 100 ℃;
3) Gas supply unit: high-pressure hydrogen gas, maximum pressure 200Bar, with pressure and flow rate control; High pressure hydrogen sulfide gas with pressure and flow rate control; Nitrogen flow is used for blank and separation, with pressure and flow rate control;
4) Two sets of desulfurization reactors: stainless steel structure, maximum capacity of 100ml; maximum pressure of 200Bar, maximum temperature of 500 ℃;
5) Phase separation unit: Two tanks made of stainless steel with a heating system that can completely remove all gases from the reaction tank;
6) Liquid collection unit: two glass tanks, 5L;
7) Temperature range: room temperature~+500 ℃;
8) Pressure range: The temperature of the reaction tank ranges from atmospheric pressure to 200 bar;
9) Duration required for operation: up to a few days;
