Glass reaction vessels are divided into double-layer jacketed and three-layer vacuum jacketed glass vessels, mainly used for experiments such as material concentration, distillation, and synthesis. The material temperature can be adjusted by injecting a set temperature refrigerant (or thermal oil) into the jacket to achieve controllable material reactions. The system can operate under negative pressure and meet different experimental conditions. The glass reaction system kit includes: glass unit, stirring unit, and integral bracket. The overall support and fixture of the reaction kettle have been designed and processed to facilitate users to quickly install/disassemble the entire system for easy replacement and cleaning. Customizable process kettle body, imitating the shape of the kettle body used in pilot or industrial production. Support non-standard customization.

  1. 1. G3.3 high borosilicate glass material, with characteristics such as chemical resistance, thermal shock resistance, good mechanical properties, and high temperature resistance
  2. 2. The sealing element is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, with a temperature range of -80~+230 ℃
  3. 3. Pressure range inside the kettle: -0.1MPa~0MPa; The vacuum degree of the system can reach 0.095MPa
  4. 4. Temperature range for kettle body: -80 ℃~200 ℃
  5. 5. Customizable process kettle body, imitating the shape of pilot or industrial production kettle body, with a height to diameter ratio of 1.25:1, reducing amplification effect
  6. 6. Intelligent control system, realizing simultaneous display of temperature, speed, pressure, torque and other parameters on the same screen, convenient for recording and operation, and capable of temperature recording and output; Can be equipped with a pH meter
