Delger tubing oil box

Delger oil tube oil box is a Delger compressed air quality detector used to detect the oil content of compressed gases in pipelines, air compressors, high-pressure oxygen chambers, and other fields. It qualitatively detects the oil concentration and complies with national standards. Currently widely adopted by pharmaceutical companies for GMP certification.

Application scope of Delger oil detection box:

Used to detect oil mist in compressed air

Oil vapor cannot be displayed

Standard measurement range: 0.1mg/m3, 0.5mg/m3, or 1.0mg/m3

Detection limit: 0.05mg/m3 oil mist

Surrounding environment:

Temperature: 10 ℃ to 30 ℃

Humidity: 60% maximum relative humidity

Pressure: only applicable to compressed air that is not subjected to force

The purpose of this product is to determine the concentration of oil in compressed gases, especially compressed air

Measurement range: 0.1mg/m3, 0.3mg/m3, 0.5mg/m3, 1.0mg/m3

Detection limit: as shown in the oil list

Color Change: White ->Light Brown or Yellow
