The Dantsin IAC thread comprehensive measuring machine is suitable for measuring various internal and external size gauges such as cylindrical thread plug gauges, cylindrical thread ring gauges, tapered thread plug gauges, tapered thread ring gauges, smooth surface ring gauges, and smooth surface plug gauges. It can measure parameters such as pitch, single pitch, large diameter, small diameter, pitch, tooth profile half angle, tooth profile deviation, profile angle, taper, etc. The operation is simple, convenient, and fast, with a wide range of applications and high measurement uncertainty. It is the preferred measuring instrument for laboratory testing of such parameters in various measurement units.


The measurement principle of the instrument complies with the requirements of the international cylindrical thread gauge testing specification VDI/DE/DGQ 2618-4.9 standard and the JF1345-2012 cylindrical thread gauge calibration specification. The thread comprehensive scanning measuring machine is fully automatic and can complete the scanning measurement of all measured parameters in two minutes, and display all measurement results. The system is a Simplified Chinese LINUX operating system, which is easy to operate.


The manufacturing of MSXP thread measuring machine produced by Dutch IAC company complies with all ISO9000 requirements and the newly published national thread inspection regulations. Calibration measurement of the measured gauge can be carried out, and all measurement contours can be converted into DXF format for further evaluation and analysis through the AUTOCAD system. There are tens of thousands of tolerance limit values for thread and smooth gauges stored in the database, and metrologists can use computers to conduct very detailed identification and evaluation of measurement results.


Thread measuring machines are widely used in laboratories in countries such as China, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and Belgium.
