Maintenance and Precautions
1、 Before use:
1. Before using the punching machine, it is necessary to check whether there are any debris at the punch and lower die blade. (If necessary, it must be cleaned thoroughly before use)
2. Add lubricating oil to the upper part of the punch (the movable part of the punch).
2、 When in use:
1. When the punching machine continues to work, ensure that the oil filling area of the punching machine is not short of oil.
2. If there is any abnormal noise during use (abnormal noise when the punching machine is working), please handle it in a timely manner.
3. Do not use iron tools to strike any part of the punching machine during installation.
4. Suggested air pressure: 3-5KG

1. After use, first wipe the punching machine clean, mainly the punch and lower die position.
2. Add lubricating oil to the punch and lower die, and press the punch down to the lowest position to better protect the punching machine.
