Customized mobile phone torsion testing machine

1、 Purpose:

This machine is used for detecting the torsion test of mobile phones. It adopts PLC and HMT control system, and can set the torque value to test the number of torsion cycles. After the lifespan, the function of the mobile phone can be checked to see if it is normal. The number of forward and reverse rotations is counted once. Touch screen screen coordinated display, easy to operate. Meets YD/T 1539-2006 standard. Do not package the mobile communication handheld device, install the matching battery, fix it on the twisting test machine without turning on, clamp 15mm at each end, and apply equal torque of no more than 2N. m and no less than 0.5N. m clockwise and counterclockwise twists alternately once, with a frequency of 15-30 times per minute, for a total of 500 twists. After removal, perform functional, appearance, and assembly testing in accordance with relevant standards. Handheld devices with folding, sliding, and rotating structures should be tested in their closed state.
