The temperature and liquid level monitoring system based on microprocessors closely monitors the operation of equipment to ensure sample safety. The standard integrated folding steps, auxiliary workbench, and ergonomic box cover design ensure the safety and convenience of equipment use. Compatible with liquid nitrogen gas and liquid storage modes, it can ensure temperature uniformity and stability throughout the entire box even under long-term open lid conditions.

Temperature uniformity

·Vacuum insulated stainless steel box structure with high vacuum coverage ensures insulation and thermal insulation performance. Under gas-phase storage conditions, the high temperature inside the box shall not exceed -185 ℃.

Liquid nitrogen hot gas bypass

·The hot gas bypass design can eliminate the room temperature nitrogen in the pipeline before injecting liquid nitrogen, ensuring that only ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen is injected into the tank, avoiding temperature fluctuations in the liquid nitrogen tank during the liquid addition process, which affects sample safety, and also reduces additional liquid nitrogen consumption.

Stable opening temperature

·The innovative lid and neck offset small opening with excellent design can greatly reduce the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen. Even when the lid is opened for a long time, the temperature inside the box can still remain stable. After opening the lid of CE8140, the temperature inside the box can be maintained at no higher than -150 ℃ within 48 hours.
