The LDS-1H crop seed moisture analyzer can be used for both AC and DC, allowing for real-time measurement and data collection in the field, as well as long-term storage at a recording location. The data saved in the host after an unexpected power outage will not be lost. The $r $n probe has consistency, and the sensor interfaces for different meteorological parameters can be interchanged without affecting accuracy. After inserting the sensor into the host, $r $n does not need to set it up and automatically searches for multiple different categories of sensors. The $r $n instrument has an extended function of 64 channel simultaneous detection, which can achieve multi-point synchronous detection.

LDS-1HCrop seed moisture analyzer

The seed moisture analyzer, designed based on the principle of thermogravimetric analysis, is a rapid moisture detection instrument for the grain industry. The seed moisture analyzer measures the weight of the sample while the infrared heating unit and moisture evaporation channel quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continuously measures and displays the% lost moisture content of the sample in real time. After the drying program is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the oven heating method, infrared heating can reach the heating power in a short time, and the sample can be quickly dried at high temperatures. Its detection results have good consistency with the national standard oven method, are replaceable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Generally, the sample can be measured in just a few minutes.

There are many methods to measure the moisture content in seeds, and the thermogravimetric method has the advantages of simplicity, speed, accuracy, and small sample size. Therefore, it has been increasingly widely used. The thermogravimetric method includes standard drying method, infrared rapid moisture analyzer, and halogen rapid moisture analyzer.
