The corn ear enters the threshing chamber of the threshing drum through the feeding inlet, and the threshing bar and ear rod separate and fall into the cleaning vibrating screen during friction rotation. The cleaned grains flow out from the seed outlet, and the bran is driven by the airflow of the fan and discharged from the bran outlet. The ear is discharged before the vibrating screen.
